Just a few of the things you can do with myHealthPal. These demos use illustrative records; nothing is entered into a real account.
Record how symptoms feel, across the conditions you choose to track. A little detail, when it is fresh in your mind.
Look back at your own records over time. Notice what changed and bring your questions to a healthcare professional.
Bring your medicine list, schedules and reminders into one place. Keep track of what you recorded as taken or missed.
Mark a place on the body map and record how it feels. Keep the location and severity in your own words and records, ready to discuss with a healthcare professional.
Log period days, flow and symptoms, and see your cycle history together. Predicted dates are estimates based on your records.
A little company
A friendly face for your everyday health. Check in, log how you feel and keep the little details together, from an ordinary good day to something you want to discuss with your healthcare professional.
A companion for your records, not a clinician. Pal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not an emergency service.

Care Circles · In development
A family member, a friend or a carer. Bring in the people who help you, and choose how much of your health story they can see.
Share selected information with people you invite. Change your sharing choices or withdraw access when you need to.
A care circle of up to two people is planned for the free plan. Full sharing features will be confirmed before launch.
Care Circles do not provide clinical monitoring or emergency alerts. Sharing a record does not mean someone has seen it or will respond.
Explore Care CircleConnect the little pieces
Bring selected records from the apps and services you already use alongside your own check-ins. Choose the connections and the types of data you want to include.
On iPhone, connect with Apple Health for supported records from your phone, watch and other apps.
On Android, use Health Connect to bring together supported records from connected health and fitness apps.
Share selected records with OwnLight, the private journalling and reflection app in the Appsolutely family.
Supported records can include steps, walks and workouts, sleep and resting heart rate. What is available depends on your device, operating system, source app and permissions. Connections are being prepared for launch.
Already use Google Fit, an Oura ring or an Ultrahuman ring? Compatible records can reach myHealthPal through your phone’s health service: Google Fit through Health Connect, Oura through Apple Health or Health Connect, and Ultrahuman through Apple Health. Other compatible apps and devices can contribute records too, when their apps share them.
Choose what each app may share and what myHealthPal may read. Available records depend on your device, source app and permissions. A connection does not include every metric or a ring’s proprietary scores.
Choose whether to send or show selected mood records. Where supported, myHealthPal can also show water, caffeine and alcohol records shared by OwnLight. This does not transfer your whole journal.
Send and show permissions are separate and start switched off. Shared records keep their source label; another app’s mood records are not mixed into your own myHealthPal mood history.
Personal means personal
The app is being built around consent and control. Your health information is never sold or used for advertising or marketing.
Read website privacyHealth records are kept encrypted on your devices. The app asks for your agreement before it keeps your health information.
Choose the people and the information. Sharing is a deliberate choice, with controls to withdraw access.
myHealthPal has no advertising, including on the free plan. Your health information is not an advertising profile.
Your privacy settings let you manage consent and delete your health information. Final app privacy details will be available before launch.
Privacy & data handling
Your health records are encrypted on your devices. The app asks for your agreement before keeping health information.
Choose which data types the app may access. Disconnecting Apple Health or Health Connect removes its imported copy from myHealthPal on that phone, without changing the original records in the source service.
Choose the people, records and sharing permissions. When records are shared through Apple Health or Health Connect, other apps you have allowed to read that data there may also access it.
Clear from the start
Medicines, reminders, symptom tracking and a care circle of up to two people are planned for the free plan, with no ads.
Some additional features will require a subscription. The full feature comparison, prices and any AI credit requirements will be confirmed before launch.
The app is not yet available to download or purchase. No subscriptions or AI credits are sold on this website.
Our story · Since 2012
The new myHealthPal carries forward the vision of the original myHealthPal, whose story began in 2012. From the start, the idea was to bring everyday health information together, help people share a clearer picture with those involved in their care, and give them the choice to donate their anonymised data for good.
That pioneering work brought medication records, symptom tracking and personal health insights into one place, helping pave the way for the connected health tools we have come to expect today. Appsolutely Labs LLC is taking that vision forward with a newly designed app for everyday life.
This is a fresh start for myHealthPal. None of the original technology, user data or user base has been carried forward.
Other products now use the same name. The original myHealthPal domains, including myhealthpal.com, and the original Facebook, Instagram and other social accounts have been updated for this new product.
