What you can keep track of

Small daily check-ins

Record your mood and add a few words about your day. Keep ordinary good days as well as changes you want to remember. You do not need a health condition to begin.

Everyday health, in context

Bring in supported steps, activity and sleep records through Apple Health or Health Connect. Choose the data types you allow; availability depends on your device, source app and permissions.

A record in your own words

Use personal notes alongside your check-ins to remember routines, experiences and questions. Look back when it suits you, and choose which records to share.

A closer look

A few examples of recording in the app. The screens use illustrative data, not a real account.

Record how symptoms feel, across the conditions you choose to track. A little detail, when it is fresh in your mind.

Look back at your own records over time. Notice what changed and bring your questions to a health care professional.

Your records, your choice.

Your health story belongs to you.

Health records are kept encrypted on your devices. The app asks for your agreement before it keeps your health information.

Choose the people and the information. Sharing is a deliberate choice, with controls to withdraw access.

Keep medical decisions with your clinician

Always seek advice from a qualified health care professional about symptoms, conditions, medicines, or treatment. Do not start, stop, or change medicines or treatment based on myHealthPal. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of something in the app.
